... only stops to pick up, never to set down.
Just when we thought that the guard had made an exception in the case of Chris Huhne, we find that he was just in the toilets all the time and now has taken his seat again.

You need another colon in that link, sir.
D, very strange, I have replaced it with one that works that looks exactly the same as the one that didn't.
I would imagine that I or anyone else that is not part of the political class would have a pretty tough time getting a new job after coming out of stir even more so if it was an 'honesty' crime.
They really do look after their own.
Another thought, how does this work with US Visa requirements ? or is that waived as well
PC, he's not going to America, read the article:
In an announcement on its website, ZBE said Huhne was appointed to the two day a week role with a remit of "growing the business in the European Union".
The company lauds Huhne as "one of the pioneers in calling for political action to deal with global warming".
PC, I expect that when the Gravy Train gets to the border, the guards just wave it through.
PC, Huhne can still travel to the US for leisure/business, he just needs to fork over £131 and queue up at the embassy for 6 hours.
However he would probably not be granted a work visa. As for the gravy train, if he really needed to be there for more than 90 days, he would probably be given a diplomatic passport.
This is all very sanctimonious is n't it? All Huhne did was get his wife to take his speeding points, something younger couples do all the time.At one time Huhne was the only MP with a good word for LVT and did appear at the IEA conference where the land taxers gave the drooling right-wing half wits a proper scare. When there was an attempt to set up an APPG on LVT ,he was supportive throughout .What if he had won the Liberal party leadership instead of Clegg,as he so very nearly did?
DBCR there is no doubt that CH was stitched up and, given his support for LVT, I am not surprised. You could equally say that all he did was to lie, something politicians do all the time. However, despite all this, PC's point above stands. They really do look after their own.
