They're just going through the motions now. £300,000 is hardly anything special these days, is it?

@B It is in Lancashire! Zoopla shows £300,000 as top of the range for Whitworth where a three-bed terrace house is going for under £60k. The moral of the story is perverse(for this paper): that high house prices spoil children and turn them into ungrateful delinquents .
