Psycho: Surprisingly good England manager

The Beckham situation showed the character of the man. Other managers would have picked Beckham just to shut the press up, despite the fact that Beckham isn't up to the job.

Aha, that all makes sense now. I was amazed that he apparently managed to knock the team into shape within a couple of months, i.e. stick to some sort of formation so that the players at the fron always know where the others are, which is what Spain do. Boring to watch, but it gets the goals in.; 3 August 2012 at 10:20
