From The Daily Mirror:
ZANU-PF claims that prostate cancer has abandoned its brave fight against dictator Robert Mugabe, who arrived back in Zimbabwe this morning looking fit and healthy.
The disease, which was rumoured to be battling the 88-year old despot, reportedly suffered a medical procedure while the tyrant was on holiday in Singapore. The tumour was believed to have undergone a biopsy after being removed and was declared benign, according to the Zimbabwe Mail.
Senior officials from Mugabe’s ZANU-PF party dismissed reports that the cancer might take hold again as "a lot a hogwash" from hostile Western media organisations. The tumour's friends and supporters have set up a Facebook group in its memory.

Did he ever have it, or was it a ruse to flush out his enemies and the rivals for his throne?
