Yes.
On Radio 4 this morning (sometime between 7.10 and 7.30) they were chatting about the G20 Summit and one organiser said that the Summits would be held more often in future, when the G20 "pivots from crisis management to global governance"

Pivotting roughly translates as 'scurrying around trying to look busy' while the world is waiting for something remotely useful to happen.
It's better than the 'orrible Americanism "transitions".
Where that lot are involved, anything they do is something to worry about.
