Tough question. My understanding is that if there is only one sexy one, or only one blonde one, no comma required. Otherwise it might require two commas.

I never look higher than their legs, so I wouldn't know.

Only use a comma if you are writing a bbc headline. Otherwise don't or put and in between them.
