It is clearly the least complicated tax. Just look at the lunacy of the existing UK Tax Code.Lolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04586735342675041312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141932539860553199.post-45635059163745299352018-09-01T11:24:45.637+01:002018-09-01T11:24:45.637+01:00Well, Schrödinger had the cat that was either aliv...Well, Schrödinger had the cat that was either alive or dead, but you couldn't tell (or something like that). Heisenberg had the Uncertainty Principle, where if you knew how fast a particle was travelling, you couldn't know its position and vice versa (or something like that).

I don't know, perhaps the cat was alive and dead at the same time, in which case "Schrödinger's Tax" it is.Bayardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15211150959757982948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141932539860553199.post-80037797415451068952018-08-31T19:36:43.563+01:002018-08-31T19:36:43.563+01:00B, I thought it is "Schrödinger's tax&quo...B, I thought it is "Schrödinger's tax"?Mark Wadsworthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07733511175178098449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141932539860553199.post-86010794625347277582018-08-31T17:28:37.464+01:002018-08-31T17:28:37.464+01:00(I've seen this Home-Owner-ist magic before - ... It's only 'commercially viable' to have an empty shop if you get a BR exemption for 6 months while you hope for a higher than market rent to magically appear. Also your bank has a silly formula which values an empty shop at its previous rent whereas clearly a shop that's empty for any moderate period of time does not have such a rental value.mombershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09650866436764567516noreply@blogger.com
