"The Economist" wrote sarcastically that the dedication of that category to public service is amazing.<br /><br />* 60% of England's conservative club chairmen are the owners of the local mortgage/insurance/... shop. This apparently means that widespread cases of mortgage/insurance/... fraud cannot be prosecuted because it would like a persecution of conservative politicians.
